CQL are large movers of untracked mail, registered mail, tracked and untracked parcel services. All barcoded packages are scanned upon receipt by CQL hubs and also the final mile carrier / postal offices on injection into their network.

CQL's system can provide text or email pre-alerts to the final customer with tracking numbers, when appropriate, and a link to the CQL tracking platform
Customer Service
You and your clients can do their own tracking on-line and we can provide exception reports for volume shippers. We also have an excellent CS team to deal with any issues for you.
